Return & Exchange Policy

• Return/Exchange is applicable only for selected products. Please refer to the product page for specific return eligibility.
• Return policies are subject to change without prior notice.
• If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
• Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.
• A flat fee of ₹100 will be charged on all exchanges/Returns.

Important Return Guidelines

• Items must be unused and unwashed due to hygiene concerns.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return/Exchange requests must be raised within the return period mentioned on the product page. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
